@ReelKev returns with web series - but this year with a twist. This intimate screening of three popular shows are in active crowdfunding campaigns. You can come enjoy the shows - and perhaps make an investment in the shows' futures - and get a lot of great perks for your monies. Some perks might be exclusive to Cinema Diverse attendees. We will screen "Some Kind of Wonderful," which takes place in Palm Springs and was popular at last year's festival but seeks to make more fun local episodes. "Vent & Chester," which is truly the odd couple of muscle bears with comedian Peter Bisuito and Jeffrey Roberson (Varla Jean Merman out of drag). Then there's "Status Updates," a modern post-breakup story that has already won awards for best new web series.
